Guestmate concept is to create an opportunity for participants/owners where they can share their extra rooms/home, personal car to guests and get paid.
The concept not only benefits our owners but also to guests where they can feel home warming and save cost from paying to commercial providers. 

Who can join Guestmate?
Anyone can be our Guestmate if they have extra house of ready facilities, room with beds, or car in good condition.

What rate should owners charge?
Personal rental rate is much lower than in market, our suggested rate is 2/3 from commercial, per room(2 pax) and one unit car.

What we get on the cooperation?
We are only take in 10% service from guests we are referred.
